Pixim To License MoSys€™ 1T-SRAM Memory For Advanced Imaging Products


SUNNYVALE and MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- April 17, 2002--MoSys, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOSY) the industry's leading provider of high density SoC embedded memory solutions, and Pixim Inc. developer of the Digital Pixel System(TM) image capture and processing technology, announced today that Pixim has licensed MoSys' advanced 1T-SRAM® memory technology for integration in its imaging products.

MoSys' 1T-SRAM technology will allow Pixim to integrate high density embedded memory blocks into its advanced imaging semiconductor components, enabling the production of dramatically smaller and more cost effective digital video and still cameras for commercial and consumer applications.
