Dual-Port 1T-SRAM for High Resolution Display Drivers
MoSys's new Dual-Port 1T-SRAM, designed specifically for use as frame buffer memory on display driver interface (DDI) chips, is the first solution to address the competing needs of higher-resolution displays in new mobile phones and PDAs. Only 1T-SRAM provides the density needed to embed large buffers on-chip while supporting the stringent size, space, low-power and cost requirements of state-of-the-art display drivers.

Single-Port 1T-SRAM for Media and Application Processors
MoSys Single-Port 1T-SRAM is unique in providing dense, fast, energy-efficient and cost-effective embedded memory needed for advanced media and communications functions in mobile products. From streaming video to digital television and 3D graphics, these enhanced capabilities require high-volume data handling, which in turn means more memory.

1T-FLASH for Dense Non-Volatile Program Memory
MoSys 1T-FLASH does for flash memory what 1T-SRAM does for SRAM, significantly improving the cost/performance/power trade-offs of embedded memory. 1T-FLASH provides an ideal non-volatile memory solution for on-chip program storage in size-, power- and cost-sensitive mobile applications such as cell phones, PMPs and PDAs. 1T-FLASH has many advantages over conventional high-density flash alternatives, including higher speeds (the first at 100Mhz) and superior manufacturability (unlike alternatives, it's manufactured in a pure CMOS logic process).
