Len Perham Len Perham - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Perham was appointed to the board of directors in November, 2007. He also serves as president and chief executive officer. Mr. Perham has been a successful entrepreneur with over 40 years of executive leadership and semiconductor industry experience. Since retiring from Integrated Device Technology in 2000, Mr. Perham served as chairman of the board of NetLogic Microsystems, Inc. until its acquisition by Broadcom Corporation in February 2012. He has also served as corporate advisor to Imera Systems and Venture Partner with AsiaTech Management.

From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Perham served as CEO of Integrated Device Technology. He was appointed president and elected to the board of directors in 1986. During his 16-year tenure, Mr. Perham incubated several companies under the IDT umbrella including Galileo Technology (acquired by Marvell Technology), Quantum Effect Devices (acquired by PMC-Sierra), Monolithic System Technology (now MoSys, Inc.), Clear-Logic and Centaur Technology. Prior to joining IDT, Mr. Perham was president and CEO of Optical Information Systems Inc., a division of Exxon Enterprises. He was also a member of the founding team at Zilog Inc. and held management positions at Advanced Micro Devices and Western Digital.

Mr. Perham received a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts in 1968.


James Sullivan James Sullivan - Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance

Mr. Sullivan brings over 20 years of financial management and accounting experience to MoSys. Prior to joining MoSys, he was Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance for Apptera, a venture-backed startup which provides technology for voice advertising, search and commerce. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance for 8X8, a publicly held company which develops and markets voice over Internet protocol telephone service and technology. Prior to this role, he was Chief Financial Officer at Netergy Microelectronics, a subsidiary of 8X8, which provided voice and video semiconductors and related communication software to original equipment manufacturers and other semiconductor companies. Mr. Sullivan also held various positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Sullivan holds a bachelor of science in accounting from New York University, Stern School of Business and is a certified public accountant.


Tom Riordan Thomas Riordan - Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President

Mr. Riordan brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record in growing successful semiconductor companies to MoSys. Prior to joining MoSys, Mr. Riordan was president and CEO of Exclara, a fabless semiconductor supplier of ICs for solid-state lighting, from 2006 until 2010. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Riordan served as vice president of PMC-Sierra's microprocessor division. He first joined PMC-Sierra in August 2000 when it purchased Quantum Effects Devices (QED), a company which he had co-founded and where he served as president and CEO. Prior to QED, Mr. Riordan served in various design and managerial roles at MIPS Computer Systems, where he was instrumental in the definition, design and the development of various microprocessor integrated circuits utilizing the MIPS reduced instruction set computing architecture. The original MIPS architecture. Mr. Riordan is a member of the board of directors for Mellanox Technologies where he is a member of the audit, compensation, and governance committees as well as chairman of the technology committee. Mr. Riordan is also a faculty member at Foothill College where he teaches Computer Architecture.

Mr. Riordan holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Central Florida and has done post-graduate work in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University.


Michael Miller Michael Miller - Vice President of Technology Innovation and System Applications

Mr. Miller brings more than 30 years of experience in technology innovation, system architecture, and software to MoSys. Prior to joining MoSys, he held the position of Chief Technical Officer, Systems Architecture for Integrated Device Technology, Inc. He also held engineering management positions in software, applications and product definition for networking memory, RISC processors and communications ICs, serving IDT for more than 20 years. Prior to joining IDT, he was involved with managing software teams within two systems companies for five years. In addition, he performed logic design and application functions at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).

Mr. Miller holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and has been awarded 30 patents to date.


Michael Miller John Monson - Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Monson has over 20 years of experience in engineering, marketing and sales with leading edge technology companies. Most recently, he was vice president of marketing for Mellanox Technologies where he was responsible for worldwide marketing and the implementation of marketing initiatives designed to expand penetration in key markets. Prior to Mellanox, he was vice president of marketing and business development for Inphi Corporation where he managed the EDC/PhyOptik business line. Further, he was vice president of sales and marketing for Scintera Networks with responsibility for strategy, product marketing and business development. His background also includes eight years at PMC-Sierra in executive and senior management positions in marketing and sales where he was instrumental in establishing PMC in the market and enabling the company’s growth. Prior to joining PMC-Sierra, he spent seven years at Lucent Technologies where he served in strategic sales and product marketing positions in Lucent’s mass storage and wireless product lines. Previously, he was the Strategic Marketing Manager at Honeywell Solid State Electronics Center and held engineering and marketing positions at VTC Incorporated.

Mr. Monson graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
