Len Perham - President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Perham is a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years of
executive leadership and semiconductor industry experience. Perham retired from Integrated Device Technology in 2000 and is
chairman of the board of NetLogic Microsystems (NASDAQ:NETL).
From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Perham served as CEO of Integrated Device
Technology (NASDAQ:IDTI). He was appointed president and elected to the
board of directors in 1986. During his 16-year tenure, Mr. Perham
incubated several companies under the IDT umbrella including Galileo
Technology (acquired by Marvell Technology), Quantum Effect Devices
(acquired by PMC-Sierra), Monolithic System Technology (now MoSys, Inc.), Clear-Logic and
Centaur Technology. Prior to joining IDT, Mr. Perham was president and
CEO of Optical Information Systems Inc., a division of Exxon Enterprises. He was
also a member of the founding team at Zilog Inc. and held management
positions at Advanced Micro Devices and Western Digital.
Mr. Perham received a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts in 1968. |

James Sullivan - Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance
Mr. Sullivan brings over 20 years of financial management and
accounting experience to MoSys. Prior to joining MoSys, he was Chief
Financial Officer and VP of Finance for Apptera, a venture-backed
startup which provides technology for voice advertising, search and
commerce. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance
for 8X8, a publicly held company which develops and markets voice over
Internet protocol telephone service and technology. Prior to this role,
he was Chief Financial Officer at Netergy Microelectronics, a
subsidiary of 8X8, which provided voice and video semiconductors and
related communication software to original equipment manufacturers and
other semiconductor companies. Mr. Sullivan also held various positions
with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Mr. Sullivan holds a bachelor of science in accounting from New
York University, Stern School of Business and is a certified public
accountant. |

David DeMaria - Vice President of Business Operations
Mr. DeMaria is a successful executive with over 25 years of experience
in the electronics industry. Prior to joining MoSys, he was a senior
vice president at Apache Design Solutions, a technology leader in EDA.
Previously, he was CEO of Optimal Corporation, an EDA company that he
helped grow and ultimately merge with Apache.
Before that, he held a number of executive positions in leading EDA
companies, including eight years at Cadence Design Systems, where
he served as executive vice president of the Systems business unit and,
senior vice president of worldwide marketing and strategy. Prior to
Cadence, he was group vice president of the systems business at
Viewlogic and managing director of Zuken-Redac.
Mr. DeMaria attended Boston University for a bachelor of science in computer engineering. |

Michael Miller - Vice President of Technology Innovation and System Applications
Mr.
Miller brings more than 30 years of experience in technology
innovation, system architecture, software and complex logic to MoSys.
Prior to joining MoSys, he held the position of Chief Technical Officer
for Integrated Device Technology, Inc.. He also held engineering
management positions in software, applications and product definition,
serving IDT for more than 20 years. Prior to joining IDT, he was
involved with managing software teams within two systems companies for
five years. In addition, he managed the designing of complex logic and
bitslice at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).
Mr.
Miller holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the
California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and has been
awarded 25 patents to date. |
