The MoSys interactive die cost savings calculator enables SoC designers to specify a range of process variables along with detailed information about memory and logic density in the design. Based on the process and design attributes specified the MoSys calculator computes cost savings per die compared to a design using conventional 6 transistor SRAM.
To use the calculator, the SoC architect or designer inputs key design parameters via the web-based interface show below:

Upon submission of the input form, the resulting MoSys savings are calculated in real-time and are presented in a fashion similar to the output below:
Once the models are developed, they can be saved by the developer and accessed via the archive in the Premier Customer Zone on the MoSys web site.
Access to the calculator is accomplished on an 'as-requested' and 'as-approved' basis. To submit your request, click:

'Die Savings Calculator Request' into the subject line of your email. You will receive an acknowledgement within 36 hours of submission with log-in instructions and the site link for the calculator.
