Carl E. Berg
has served as a board member since September, 1992. Since 1997, Mr. Berg has served as the board chairman and chief executive officer of Mission West Properties, Inc., a real estate investment trust. Mr. Berg is also the president and sole general partner of West Coast Venture Capital Ltd. Mr. Berg has been actively engaged in the ownership, development and management of industrial real estate and in venture capital investment for more than 30 years. He currently serves as a board member of Valence Technology, Inc., (Nasdaq:VLNC) a developer of advanced rechargeable battery technology, Focus Enhancements, Inc. (Nasdaq:FCSE), a public semiconductor company providing advanced, proprietary video technology for the computer and television industries. Mr. Berg earned his bachelor's degree in business from the University of New Mexico.

Tommy Eng
has over 20 years of corporate management, engineering management, and entrepreneurial experience in software/hardware design, system/IC design, IP business, design services business, and Electronic Design Automation (EDA).   He was appointed to the MoSys board of directors in August, 2004.  Tommy is a partner in EXA Ventures, a venture capital investment firm specializing in IT, semiconductor, communications, multimedia technology/services/content, software, and the incubation of early stage technology companies. Before founding EXA Ventures, Tommy held various executive and engineering positions at Tera Systems, Mentor Graphics, Silicon Compiler Systems, and Bell Labs. Tommy also serves on the board of directors of MoSys and Focus Enhancements, both publicly-traded semiconductor companies, and five other private companies.

Chi-Ping Hsuan
is an accomplished EDA executive with over twenty years of experience, appointed to the MoSys board of directors in August, 2004. Dr. Hsu is currently corporate vice president at Cadence Design Systems (NYSE:CDN), in charge of the company's IC Digital products and the industry-wide Power Forward Initiative. Previously, Dr. Hsu served as president and chief operating officer of Get2Chip, a supplier of high-performance system-on-chip (SOC) synthesis, which was acquired by Cadence.

Chenming Calvin Hu
was appointed to the MoSys board of directors in January, 2005. Previously, Dr. Hu was chief technology officer of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (TSMC), the world's largest dedicated integrated circuits (IC) manufacturing company. He is currently the TSMC Distinguished Chair Professor in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. He also was co-founder of Celestry Design Technologies, an IC design software company that was acquired by Cadence Design Systems in 2003.

Jim Kupec
has served as a board member since September August, 2004. Mr. Kupec has 30 years experience in semiconductor industry. He currently serves as chief operating officer of eSilicon, a private semiconductor company. Previously, Mr. Kupec was President of UMC-USA (NYSE:UMC), the US subsidiary of second largest wafer foundry. Mr. Kupec also served as CEO of Ammocore, a privately held EDA company. He also worked in senior management and engineering positions at Cypress Semiconductor (NYSE:CYP) and United Technologies (NYSE:UTX). Mr. Kupec has also served on the board of the Fabless Semiconductor Association. Mr. Kupec holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Len Perham
was appointed to the board of directors in November, 2007. He also serves as MoSys president and chief executive officer. Mr. Perham has been a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years of executive leadership and semiconductor industry experience. Since retiring from Integrated Device Technology in 2000, Mr. Perham has been Chairman of the Board of NetLogic Microsystems (NASDAQ:NETL), Chairman of the Board at QuickSil, a mixed signal foundry, Chairman of the Board of Optimal Corporation until its acquisition by Apache Design Solutions in November 2007, Corporate Advisor to Imera Systems and Venture Partner with AsiaTech Management. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Perham served as CEO of Integrated Device Technology (NASDAQ:IDTI). He was appointed President and elected to the board of directors in 1986. During his 16-year tenure, Mr. Perham incubated several companies under the IDT umbrella including Galileo Technology (acquired by Marvell Technology), Quantum Effect Devices (acquired by PMC-Sierra), Monolithic System Technology, Clear-Logic and Centaur Technology. Prior to joining IDT, Mr. Perham was president and CEO of Optical Information Systems Inc., a division of Exxon. He was also a member of the founding team at Zilog Inc. and held management positions at Advanced Micro Devices and Western Digital.
