1T-SRAM®: Advanced Embedded Memory IP
Higher transfer rates require larger on-chip data buffers in network and communications processors. MoSys's patented 1T-SRAM provides a high-density alternative to conventional embedded memory, enabling SoC designers to pack more memory in less die area, saving space and reducing overall costs. 1T-SRAM provides the most economical way to meet the memory speed and capacity requirements of today's most demanding networking applications.

MoSys BD/HD DVD IP: Supporting High-Density DVD Standards
MoSys's BD/HD DVD IP is the industry's first DVD front end IP to support both high-density Blu-ray (BD) and HD DVD formats in a single integrated design. By enabling SoCs to integrate these crucial DVD features, MoSys IP helps system vendors attain new levels of price/performance and functionality in applications such as game consoles and other home entertainment systems, high-density DVD players and advanced set-top boxes.

MoSys Serial ATA IP: Next-Generation Storage Interface Functions
Makers of PCs, home entertainment, storage and other systems are moving from older-generation, parallel ATA storage interface to the new Serial ATA (SATA) standard, offering much higher speeds and significant space savings. MoSys makes this transition easier than ever, providing key SATA components in the form of proven, drop-in IP for SoCs.

MoSys Gigabit Ethernet IP: Enabling Optimal GbE Solutions
MoSys provides a high-performance Gigabit Ethernet Physical Layer (PHY) unit, available as a macro suitable for integration in a variety of port configurations. The PHY is the first in a family of MoSys gigabit Ethernet (GbE) IP, enabling customers to develop advanced, highly-integrated networking SoCs for a broad range of applications including wireless networks, Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP), network switches, backbone, Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) and LAN-on-Motherboard (LoM) solutions.
